Estate Sales

Our job is to help you clear and liquidate the contents of a home in preparation for sale or rent. We work in homes of all sizes and host the sale on site.  We research current values, price, clean, stage and staff the home to offer your items in the most buyer friendly environment.  We sell most everything, usually donate the rest, and leave the house clean. Your items find new homes and new life in a very green, environmentally sound way. You do not pay us up front. We take an agreed upon percentage from the proceeds and return the keys and a check to you.

Once you hire us, you can rest easy knowing that your home and its contents will be treated with the respect and dignity you and your family deserve.

There are no hidden fees and we do not charge to give you a consultation.
